Part of utilizing the full potential of data is knowing which questions to ask. For Fiero, I not only helped them identify their KPI's but also built tools to dive deeper into understanding their data. Fiero's data sets are both physical and digital; data pulled from a physical location mixed with digital account information. Correctly blending the two data sets required out of the box thinking and building custom capture points to map the end customer.
